can anyone please help??!!!

my laptop is plug and play and when i got it i used to just plug in my camera and the windows picter and viewfinder loaded no problem but it has stopped opening and when i plug the camera in nothing loads??!!!!

Have you tried a syetm restore to before when the problem started?

Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

i have tried that hun
still nothing
and the system restore will only go back 2 months for some strange reason

have you checked that you have the right drivers, software, updates etc?

it worked ok originally so am stuck as to why it does not now
hae installed microsoft updates

try un-installing and re-installing the camera software ! XP should auto load any storage device plugged in via usb but try the above and see if it helps
