It has just been brought to my attention that a woman and her child in a pram have just been hit by a car on the crossing between Pinstone street and The Moor.
I have no current information about the welfare of these people but hope to get some further information shortly, the put myself at ease as I feel deeply shocked by this.
It has also been suggested that the driver of the car may have failed to stop after the accident but police did stop the car shortly after down the road from the accident?...... But I currently do not know if this is correct and would'nt want to disclose incorrect information as this is a pretty serious accident and I would'nt want to cast the wrong judgement!

I hope they arn't hurt too badly, some drivers really do go very fast on there.

Just up the road from where i am now...they drive like idiots with that junction
