Me and my mate are looking to move into Columbia Place (near leadmill) in the next week or two. I'm really after opinions from current or past residents...

We were surpirised to find such a well presented, top floor apartment with secure parking for relativly little (£550) when compared with other places such as WestOne or Royal Plaza, ecpesically given that there is no maintenance charge and the flat is in Council Tax Band A.....

Are Derwent living good landlords?, what is noise like around the building at night? and perhaps most importantly, what do you think of the place?

I realised that timescales that you were looking at, and had only moved in recently at time of posting, having being left to our own devices from then on- can't say much about the leaving part though, but plan to get a few years out of it anyway so won't be much of an issues, so good luck!
