theres been rumours of a goonies 2 comin out, dont think this is a good idea, as nothing can ever compare to the first. its going to star the original cast but now. interestin concept, could be a amazin but could be utter poo.

haha yeh thats a cool scene, i gotta say tho that i love it went chunk is eating those choc bars, with one eyed willy. god it so fookin good, seen it literally hundreds of times. its funny when mikey kisses andy and she thinks itshis bro (forget name).

Yeah, that's in the wishing well, in the 'mens' toilet, when mickey goes to little boys' room. ;)

There's also the scene when whoever his name is is on the pink bike and he gets driven and runs down the hill.

Unfortunately the combination of my vulgar mind and the constat talking of 'One eyed Willy's rich stuff' has ruined this film for me in my adulthood.

I absolutely love The Goonies, was one of the films i watched loads when i was younger, i remember that me and my friend had it on every day of the summer holidays once!!

Chunk is definitely my favourite! When the Fratellis (sp?) have him, and they're making him confess or they'll blend his hand lmao...that has me laughin loads even now! Know most of the srcipt to that film....so sad! hehe!

only in the USA. No region 2 version available yet.

Ok, Someone told me it was due out in a few weeks but obviously must have got it wrong. I'd like to buy it as a gift for someone.

I used to watch it over and over and over when I was a kid, had it taped from the telly.
Used to love Sean Astin, hasn't he done well now! When LOTR came out, my friend wouldn't believe me that it was mikey, so we watched it recently on channel 5 and she was 'oh my god!'. It was strange watching it as an adult, must admit, but it was still great.

I have so many lines I love it would be hard to choose !so I decided to name a few, I love the film and my kids love it too now !!!!
"jerk alert" the bit when the men come to deliver the forms for mikey's dad.
"it's my moms favorite piece" Mouths reply "It would'nt be there if it was'nt" the bit where chunk drops the statue.
"then I got the puke on my jacket" when the fatellis are torturing chunk.
but one of my fave lines has to be "Mikey Mikey ,come over here and give me a nice wet lickery kiss come over here and make me feel like a women" the bit when mouth sticks is tongue through the painting ! I loved all the characters they were all cool and it's a film that I still watch regularly with my kids ,funny that , I watched it when I was little with my mum and now my kids watch it with me and I still love to watch it ,it has to be one of the coolest films ever !!
