Does anyone know how much roughly the water bill would be on a small terraced house in the sheffield area ?

how many people living there? do you have a power shower, dishwasher how many times you use washer, dishwasher etc?

Only one person living there , its not metered , it would just be a yearly bill based on the ratable value of the property , the only trouble is I dont know the rateable value.

prob about £20 a month by direct debit.

I live with my partner in Hillsborough, just a simple one-bedroomed flat, no power shower or dishwasher, we dont have a car or garden so we dont use a hosepipe.
Our bill for 2005-2006 is around £18 per month, so this may give you some sort of rough idea. :thumbsup:

we lived in a two bed terrace in sheffield and i think it was £11 a month for water DD through yorkshire water. This was for unlimited water which was fab!
