Hi,
Anyone any experience of this, and what rates they all charge. Any preferences from personal experience?
Cheers,

is there such a thing as a good estate agent?
answers on a postcard......
where is the flat you are selling?
Well... the usual specialists are Blundells and Saxton Mee.
If you want a bit of choice, I would totally trust ELR and Spencers.
Yes, it looks like similar properties seem to be sold through Blundells & Saxton Mee.
It's in the old swimming baths on Glossop Road, offers around £285k if anyone's interested? Lovely apartment, and it's huge! No-one above, and the only adjoining wall is in one of the bathrooms, 600sq ft terrace too.
I wish I didn't have to sell it, but work situation requires it.

I would give 2roost.com a try first.
They are an internet based property marketing company. They will put your flat on their site, the cost is £50 I think ( although they have had a special offer on for their launch month. I think you also have to buy a for sale board.
They are getting some good feedback at the moment, got to be worth a try.
Good luck

I'm not sure who the best is, but I'd avoid blundells like the pague.
Pick another city centre seller... have a look on Vebra.com to see some city centre apartments and who they're selling with!
At a glance Haybrook and Saxton Mee (http://www.vebra.com/home/search/results.asp?list=0&fid=0&ord=undefined&bid=1&dbt=1&p=1&asv=undefined&cur=GBP&thu=undefined&vto=undefined&nba=undefined) seem to be in there with blundells. I know who I'd choose haybrook
Cheers for the comments,
I've decided to go with Haybrook.
