I'm hoping to find a 1 bedroom place for me and my g/f to stay from september.

Basically, has anybody got any contact details for someone who is renting out properties in the Wards Brewery Buildings? Is anyone planning to move out over the summer and wouldn't mind getting us in contact with the landlord etc? We aren't sure if its worth giving somebody a call now or leaving it until august/september time. :help:

We're students at the moment (verging on mature students now) and don't like the idea of having to pay july/august for a student house while not being there and tied to a 12 month contract. Also not looking forward to a £150 charge from an estate agent when we're looking for a place. :suspect:


Any help or information would be excellent.

Blundells Centro office based in West One will be able to give you some prices for apartments in Wards. They seem to act as agents for quite a few there.
Other than that I don't know, sorry.
I would say you are doing the right thing by looking now.
