Hi, I've heard that there are some nice apartments in the Mazda Building located in S1. Do anyone know who I can get in touch with to view and rent these apartments?

Yes, the apartments in Mazda are good, very central yet in a quieter location + nice conversion of an older building.

I don't know about any up for rent apart from the penthouse (no. 9 I think), £750 pcm through saxton mee. Normal rents are about £550-£650 for the 1 and 2 bedders.

Its just luck with apartments coming up for rent, you have to bear in mind that there are only 12 apartements in total...

My mate went to look at the penthouse, nice flat but kind of a odd lay-out, it had a roof beam running across the floor of the mezz bedroom. Plus no lift for the lose.

I've just went to see the Penthouse No.9 in Mazda building, it's a nice flat but the problem is it is unfurnish... It doesn't even have a fridge or washing machine... I'd like to ask for some opinion, for 750pcm, is it worth it?
