Hello all ,new to this forum but hope to discuss all things about our great city!

Anyways ,im a young wipper snapper and im after going out to a new club.Im a leadmill man at heart ,cos its cheap great atmosphere and good music (me and the lads are into indie ,rock n roll but also dont mind classic pop or bitts r n b)We do brighton beach ,step on ect and love it .Reppo we dont like cos of the high prices underage and trendie loser types that go there
But we fancy a change , heard corp has a indie room on a friday is this true ? any good ? any details on prices ?

Also what about charles street or fez or element they have any decent nights(at weekend) ?

The corporation indeed does have an indie night on fridays.. but beware its a bit of a dive. Before 10:30pm (i think) its a quid to get in, after that its £4 I think

you must know that stepon is on this friday 21st at aqua last one for a while thought you better know

ive been to corp to watch a mates band ,i know its a dive but cheap is good enough to make up for that!

well if you're into the rock/indie thing then Fuzz club is pretty good for you i can imagine. it's at the union but you don't need to be a student or anything. they play indie/rocky stuff in one room and then heavier stuff in the other and it's very cheap!

if you need to meet someone there, i'd be happy to oblige :)

casbah downstairs on a saturday night is not bad and free before 10:30 £3 after

Cheers ,i went to corp few weeks back and it was great music ,decent prices but the regulars did freak me out a little!
Ill be trying the casbah in acouple weeks when funds are better.

Nope, Fusion and Foundry. Last one of the year this week.
Will be promotions in Bar One for most of the day, as students 'officially' celebrate the end of exams.

I thought you did need to be a student to go to Fuzz? You need to show your U card to get into the Union late so...? Unless you camp out in Bar One before they start asking. I'm confused now. And disappointed I can't go to Fuzz this week :(

no union card is needed for fuzz...just tell the friendly chappie on the door thats why you're there and he'll send you to the box office.

You can get in with any proper student card or a Fuzz ticket. Though if you don't have a ticket by now then you'd be very lucky to acquire one...

The Fez club do "scuba" which is pretty cool, but the ladies do have to watch out for this one as some lads see it as a post pub, last resort to pulling!!! Can be a bit of a bummer if ya just wanting a decent jig!!!
Headcharge do a good night they are usually advertised round town and run approx once a month or so!

otherwise i'm up for suggestions too!!!!
