Does anyone know anything about the accomodation in this area? Viewed it? Lived there?

It looks like such a great area to live and I'd love to move there, but I'm having real trouble finding anything out about any flats/apartments around there!

that could be because it's hotel territory ;)

Apart from that there are alot of non-pedestrian friendly roads :D

It is quite a nice location though, just not the easiest to get to necessarily, or to walk anywhere from

we viewed a flat at victoria Quays and it was dark, dingy and horrid with a view of the road. This was 2 yrs ago and they wanted £160k for it..... we bought a flat at kelham island instead for the same price in a GORGEOUS original building overlooking the river - so glad I never moved to victoria quays
