When you mow the lawn do you crop it really short or leave a bit of length in there?

i usually don't bother til i lose the dog in it!!!!

Don't have a lawn so don't have to think about it. U should add this to your options list.

Dad usually cuts the grass once a month.... We have quite a big Garden on our back so it's quite high maintenance.

Definately at least once a week May/June, September when it grows quickly
July/August if hot/dry maybe once a fortnight.
If you want a wildlife meadow, twice a year

I cut mine when I cant see the shed anymore :D

I keep mine short since the wildebeest complained they couldnt see the lions.

Its roumoured that I have doozers in my garden, living in multi storey flats... I havent cut my grass yet! The lawnmower saving funds end up going on a takeaway!

Hey Lickable why not place an add in the wanted section for a mower. When we once had a spare we gave it away to the first person we could find because we needed the room, Surely they'll be somebody around who's gotta spare in the shed that's no use to them. And then you can do takeaways on the lawn!
