Whilst looking for the perfect Elfine sock yarn, I found this (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8283254337&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1) on EBay bid on it and won (wasnt going to be for Elfine - just loved the colours together). Its a beautiful soft silk bourette yarn in absolutely stunning colours (reminds me of the sea), but Im not sure it would be good for socks - not hard wearing enough - I could be wrong. What would you do with it? Your mission - should you choose to accept it is to find me a project to match this yarn:D

Cheeky:P Good price though I thought:D

Have noticed there is a distinct problem with my 'Y' key - I have to hit it really hard to get it to work:suspect:

LOL Hadn't noticed the 'y' problem.

I can't think of anything off hand, but I've just remembered that people have been raving about this book: One Skein (http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/1931499748/qid=1147882957/sr=8-1/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i1_xgl/203-5571405-5607959). I haven't seen it myself, but it's supposed to be good.

LOL. I was going to delete this, but it rather amused me. The fact that you took the trouble to post it suggests that you might be the one who needs to get a life. I have one, and it's lovely, thanks :) .

Welcome to the knitting group, by the way, and thank you so much for your contribution. You've won the award for our first troll. Congratulations!
