I was thinking about purchasing a 2 bed apartment with parking on west street and holles street (S1) (beside the old listed building on leopold square).

Cost is £135,500 + £17,000 for parking - any thoughts on whether this is a good/bad or indifferent location

Sounds about right, 17k for parking does sound crazy but it's the same in most of the city apartments.

I have a bad feeling about all this city living thing - I just think its okay in the short term but in 5-6 years it will start to decline significantly.

The rate at which these places are being built are there to fuel a demand. The quality is at best questionable.
