Doesnt say what to do in the event of loss of the internet and Sheffield Forum though :P

Whatever you do, don't have nightmares (TM) :P
still think that we'll be pretty safe in Sheffield. To be honest i don't really want to change my life because of paranoia. think i'll just carry on with my life the way i always have done. if i get blown up, you can say to me 'i told you so'
i wonder how much that bright spark is getting paid to come up with that .....it's a good job Germs can't get under tables

Im a great believer in fate and if its meant to happen it will happen, its not worth the stress getting worked up about?
Ive been in situations before where I thought it was going to end (well for me and the people in close proximity to me e.g. a tornado where we were trapped in a building and a car accident) and although its not to the same scale you still have the same human feeling..........personally I would rather appreciate what was around me for whatever time I had left than go into a mad panic and ruin it.
But that doesnt stop you having some common sense (something that was missing when I was in the above situations)
Oooh look at me getting all deep

Nice to see the advice hasn't changed much from the 1950's Duck and Cover! (http://www.military.com/Content/MoreContent1/?file=cw_cd_story) (needs Quicktime installed).
