I am going to move over to Sheffield soon, looking to buy a 2 bed flat, really need some expertise of how to choose, what type of flat will hold value( cos maybe will sell it in a few years time, dont want to loose any money), which floor will be the best, and which direction it faces would be particularly important, I have viewed a few places in Sheffield (Brew house, morton work), but haven't got a clue what to do and where to buy, i would be very greatful, if somebody could help and lend some useful informations
