Is there any guitar teachers in Sheffield that do one on one lessons that are good but not over priced

One of my mates plays the guitar fairly well. Dunno if he'd be willing to give lessons, I'll ask him next time I see him.

I try to play, but sadly I'm not very good. :cry:

I know an extremely good guitar/sax teacher in the Nether Edge area, used to be in a sucessful band (e.g. it paid for his house) and plays live still, and is in demand. He is available for private tuition I believe.

Frank White used to, don't know if he still does. Want me to ask hm?

This is all very well, but how much do they charge?

First of all, in response to shuwarrior51's rash comment, he is just looking to raise a bit of extra cash on top of his earnings while helping people in the process.

Adam began teaching me guitar from scratch last Christmas and im really happy with my progress. He's patient and a really good teacher even if he is 19, I would definately reccomend him to anyone wishing to learn :D
