After watching all that lovely sunshine out of the window all week, it's the weekend and guess what? The forecast for tomorrow says the temperature's going to be 11 Celsius - that's ten degrees down on today! Makes you want to emigrate...

Its great as the kids are off school at the weekends and ANYTHING that keeps them off the streets is a GOOD thing. I hate the thought of kids actually enjoying themselves...

I used to think like that until I retired, - I'm now quite happy here thank you ! :D

...and rain is forecast for tomorrow too - a chance to catch up with those indoor chores I've been neglecting ;)

Even though it's chilly I don't think we're set for rain the entire day. It's starting to brighten up over here and the BBC forecast showed the rain moving from West to East. (However, they also forecast rain from Tuesday onwards and its been clear skies all week).

Been stuck in work not even seeing the sun all week, was supposed to be going to a BBQ this weekend and it's PEEING it down here, and according to the BBC will continue to do so until Wednesday. Not Happy!!

The BBC forecasting is dire. On Monday night they said we were to get rain on Tuesday with heavy rain and thunderstorms on Wednesday. They also failed to predict the heavy snowstorm that Bigflesh exclusively revealed on SF.

Has anybody noticed that all the weather lads and lasses on television have a nasty habit of smiling when they tell you the weather’s going to be bad? One of ’em positively laughs!

And the outlook is.... unsettled and cool for another week! We have a Low Pressure firmly in control. Sorry gang, but it will be more like late February than late May. Getting warmer and wetter from Thursday.

I thought the someone had ordered the cooler weather specifically so that the thousands of people running the Sheffield half-marathon didn't overheat too badly.

Or is it not that easy to ring up and order any more?

I'm in my final year at uni so I'm stuck indoors for the next 2 and a half weeks writing essays and revising for exams... roll on the bad weather! :P
