we are viewing a flat on wilkinson street (off glossop road) today. Anyone got any reccomendations or objections to this road? thanks, harriet

Are you viewing the top ones ( near Uni),
this raod is competlety fine, although the rest of broomhal might be a bit effy to live in.

It's one way for traffic which is a very good thing.
I think it's a fine street to be on and very convenient.
bookie's concerns about Broomhall generally may be a bit outdated. It's much improved on it's status and general ambience as it's been gecome more gentrified over the past 15years. I would say he's still right about the fringes to the area though.

well we viewed the flat and we think we're going to try and get it :) brilliant location and not really what i think of as broomhall, its much further up from eccy road - does that make sense? thanks for the opinions guys x x
