I have had a lot of weird dreams recently, I think they are stress related. Take this for example...
In my dream I was walking down a country road when the Bergerac music started playing. About 10 seconds later Jim Bergerac appeared at the end of the road on a pogo stick. At first he was just pogoing up and down, but then he started pogoing towards me. When he reached me, he got off and started beating me around the head with his pogo stick. Then I woke up.
Anyone else care to share their freaky dreams?

They say you can,t have the same dream twice but i have had the same one several times.
I have swapped my house for another and i always feel i,ve made a good choice then suddenly, the walls are bare to the brick and all the rooms want gutting.
The rooms are always massive which may be the reason i swapped.
Suddenly i have not got the money to make the house liveable and want my nice decorated family home back.
I go past it in my car and see some stranger talking merrily to my old neighbour in my lovley pad.
I actually feel the depression of homesickness and theres nothing i can do.
I wake up and the joy of saying thank god that was a dream is captivating.

I was intrigued to hear about a dream concerning an "Incubus" usually experienced by women, anyone know about it?

An Incubus is a sexual nightmare that many women have experienced, apparently the ghost preys on the female during the night when she is alone in bed. The spirit has sexual intercourse with her and she can feel the organ inside, also the weight of a person pressing down on her.

No, being raped would wake you up if you were asleep, no matter how deep (unless it was a coma)

These women were awake at the time it happened, they remember everything in vivid detail.It has been experienced by many women in different parts of the world.

I have reaccuring dreams of being trapped in a house and someones coming so I have to climb out of a window

Also another one is I'm swimming in a pool and suddenly theres a massive shark in the water (probably explains why i haven't been swimming in over 6 years, but I did also nearly drown)

I also have the flying one, well trying to fly anyway but it doesn't work

i have dreams where im fighting off people they are very vivid at times ,i once came downstairs and found my camping axe by the front door, scary or what ?

I have had lots of weird dreams of late, especially ones concerning the house I used to live in when I as very young. Think it's a nostalgic thing and with Christmas being, in some part, a time of reflection.

Oh, and apparently I was physically fighting with my other half in bed the other night! lol I elbowed him a couple of times in the ribs... And I also heard his phone beeping to say it was low on battery, woke up and asked him 'where the door is, so I can close the window' or something equally irrelevant :)

I have this recurring dream that I am driving a car along a busy road and suddenly although I am sat steering it, the car is about 100-200 metres in front of me making it really difficult to steer as it is sometimes out of sight around a bend or over a rise. I always seem to be driving up and down concrete flyovers and end up in a multi story car park. Sometimes the car gets damaged sometimes not.
The other dream I often have is being on the roof of a high narrow building with no way of getting off -other than jumping.

You have to question dreams when you find your husband in the living room at 3 in the morning looking for 'a giraffe in a wet suit!'....

i had 2 heart attacks last july and now i have terrible dreams and jumping in my sleep i jump so much i wake myself and my partner up and my dreams are so real doctors say its not related to my heart attacks does anyone know how i can find out

In my dream I was eating a giant marshmellow, n when i woke up, half mi pillow was gone.

Had an 'end of the world' type dream last night. In it, I looked out of my bedroom window to find I was in some sort of skyscraper (I live in a two storey house), all the houses around were being hit by balls of flames like meteors or something. I realised that being so high up the end was nigh, so I gathered my family round just in time before the floor gave way in an almighty explosion. And then I was falling; not like the normal scary dream type of falling, this was more of a downward float. I didn't see my family again until I woke up two weeks later whilst being driven home by the wife. We got home and everything was normal.

I often dream that Im kissing George Clooney, then I wake up, and Im kissing my pilllow .!!:rolleyes:

I once had a dream I was in France in a cheese factory, and the cheese smelling foul. The owner of the chese factory gave me some cheese to smell, and it smelt like a dogs bottom.......at this point I began to wake up

I was sniffing the cheese, when I woke up, and my dog was on the bed, with its bottom an inch away from my nose.

I dreamed I crossed an Arrdvark with a Gibbon
And blow me if I didn't wake up with an Aardon!
