To share with two easy going guys in a well kept fully furnished house.
The two of us are friendly students, into good tunes, goin out and generally having a good laugh. We’re looking for a student whos easy to get along with and knows how to work & play hard with a GSOH (non smoker preferred).
House is as follows 3 double bedrooms, + extra room / study, bathroom, lounge, kitchen, rear patio garden for summer BBQs, central heating, free parking, washing machine, house phone with broadband next year and a large dry cellar for storage etc.
Its a great location in Crooksmoor and just 10 mins from the union and on the doorstep of all the local shops, pubs, take outs and the park.
The boring stuff: rent £225 pcm (£52 pw) + an equal share of the bills.
