I have just received a text from a number not in my phone book which read - "I am just trying to find out who's number this is! My name is *********** and my wife is *******."

I was going to reply saying I didn't know them and they must have the wrong number but my partner told me not to as it could be a dodgy company that will keep sending me texts once i have replied and keep charging me!

Has anyone else had any sort of text message like this? :huh:

It may just be harmless but the number starts - 091626******, anyone know if this could be a mobile number, land line, or a dodgy company? :confused:

use something like this (http://www.ukphoneinfo.com/section/tci/locator.shtml) to check
