We've also recently taken on a new head chef - Stuart McKenzie - and started a new tapas menu.

Thursday nights are now ‘Inspired by…’. Each week, a different themed tapas menu offers a range of small dishes in a food to share style.

It's a great way to try something new, with inspiration being taken from anything from films to religious holidays, countries, music and seasonal produce.

Tonight is ‘Inspired by music’, with food being served 5pm until 9pm.

And Chris Lowlife will take over proceedings as night-time falls to serve up some street soul and soulful house on the decks.
