Hi all. Who drinks in the Bankers Draft. I do but not as much as I would like. what a mix you get in that place. if only the powers that be would spend some of all that money they must make on doing the old bank up.

I've never been in there. What sort of a crowd does it attract?

It does certainly attract all kinds. For me it's usually used as a starting off point or meeting place. Overall I think the place lacks atmosphere mainly because there is no music.

I like a place with no music, it allows you to converse.
That said the clientelle are generally a bit older than me and my drinking pals, we start at the bankers on occaision if we're going out fairly early (7ish) and sometimes get food there after swimming.
It's biggest disadvantage is being so far from the next decent pub.

They do great meals for 2 for £5.75. Myself and my wife had the deal yesterday, traditional fish, chips and peas and it was lovely and great value.

I've never eaten there but I've heard that the food is meant to be ok.

I can believe that. The bar service has been anything but great on most of the occasions I've been.

The last time i went in the service was pretty dire.If anyone whats the same weatherspoons value i'd say they'd be much better off going to either the swim inn on West St or weatherspoons on Cambridge St,they always seem to be better staffed.

Being a footballer & from Brazil, we all love spending time with all ages & there's nothing better than a Carioca or Paulistan oldie that has many a story to tell about olden days in the area.

This is something i have discovered since retiring to Sheffield, the people here don't seem to like the company of older people, like the latins do.

This is the place i have learned all about Sheffields slang, bigone years & cerveza muy barrato! (cheap).. A cultural hotspot, with some pretty senoritas occasionally!

forgot about the d+r, never stop there for more than a game of pool though, and then it's either a trek up farget to rsvp or down arundle gate to the yorkshire grey.
