Freedom of Information?

Looks to me like someone's telling porkies of a HUGE proportion.

So just what is a Third World Appeal run by two dissolved Companies?
You decide!

Don't put anything out for these people, take anything you've got to a 'REAL' Charity shop, eg. Oxfam, Red Cross, Cancer Research etc etc.

And above all else - surely this has got to be illegal?

Unless you know differently of course.

im sure i remember seeing something about this on tv- probably watchdog or the like. im sure that part fo the report focussed on bogus collection agencies that were picking up named bags already put out for charities.

we got a help the aged bag not so long ago- but i forgot to put it out for them. i just took the bag straight round to the shop instead as it was only a couple of 100 metres up the road.

If you google for "Olonex" the very first hit accuses them of being a scam designed to nab stuff they then sell at car boot sales. This is effectively robbing poor people from the third world. Is no-one safe from being ripped off?
