hi, im desperately seeking a shop to buy, ive rang around the usual estate agents ie Blundells etc. But they dont really deal with commercial property.

So can anyone Please point in the right direction:help:

Thankyou in advance for any advice you may have to offer:thumbsup:

Have a look at the Property Guide, they often have commercial properties listed or ones with permission to use for retail. Auctions are good too, once a month at The Lyceum.

Try also Lambert Smith Hampton / Patrick Crapper / Lane Walker, and other commercial property agents / chartered surveyors.

How about walking/driving around the areas that are the sort of place that you'd like to pitch your shop?

What are you hoping to sell?

yeah, ive tried that found one or two that were suitable but nobody seems to know who owns them:confused:

we are hoping to sell electrical items, but if the business didnt work we would end up just letting the property out, so thats why were looking for somewhere to buy as an investment aswell really:thumbsup:
