iam looking to improve my fitness and my physique and i have seen a lot of this break dancing recentley aqnd i think it could be quite enjoyaable does anybody know anywhere that teaches it?

There are classes at the Leadmill for teenagers of all levels on Tuesday and Thursday 4:30 til 7:00 with MC Nige as part of the AMP project (so free!). Alternatively, Nightmares On Lino (Sheffield Hallam) train on Broomgrove Road and teach classes to all levels every week. These sessions are changing about a bit at the mo so contact Nate Dogg at nathangeering@hotmail.com and he'll sort you out. You'll be windmilling within months!!
