This will be the first seminar held at the Sheffield Martial Arts Centre

the Instructor will be John Spezzano,

who is an Instructor at the world famous Inosanto Academy of Martial Arts,

Seminar will cover

JEET KUNE DO CONCEPTS

FILIPINO MARTIAL ARTS Kali/Eskrima

SILAT

THAI BOXING

plus various other systems

open to all levels from beginner to black belt

£35 for one day

£55 for two days

11am till 4pm both days

what ever you are studing i'm sure you will gain something from training with John, who is a world class instructor and martial artist

all places must be pre-paid NO payment on the day

Hi mark

I know I will be there but I still can’t find out about 2 of the others that wanted to come just as yet.

I know 3 of the others cant come one is away for 4 weeks work so he is out and the other 2 well there car blew up so I cant see them getting.

But like I say I will be there

Palces are starting to go for the seminar now, i know we wont have any more than 20 people training so it will be like having a semi private class with a world class instructor, if you are thnking about coming, sort it out A.S.A.P to make sure you have a place.

we will finish at 4pm each day.

as you can see from the format its a lot of training for the money
