During the last couple of days I have been having a look through some of the Mingleville site and reading some of the comments people make on each others pictures.

Now everybody here knows that I am somewhat less familiar with male-female interaction and 'chatting up' than many of you so I would like to know if these type of comments are the sort of things that men are expected to say to women or whether women really don't care for them and would be put off by them.

Also, are they acceptable in some situations (eg, nightclubs) but not in others (eg Speed dateing).

God help you if you say to people in real life what people say on any of the dating/chat sites like Faceparty, Mingleville, Friendster etc.
Because it's the net ppl seem to think they can get away without the usual manners and propriety and go straight for the filth. Don't do it! Unless you want to get slapped or worse.

Well, men on mingleville fall into the same category as the women.. Ego boosting.. So they say things for a reply and seem desperate etc.. But in a club, for one it aint virtual, and another you have more fun!
