(330ml) some weeks its reduced to £10.99 also. can't tell you the prices on other ale, but carlings my drink. :P ianjones 07-04-2006, 01:20 AM Threshers, bottoms up and victoria wine (if it still exists) do a 3 for 2 deal on wine - cracking value Cyclone 07-04-2006, 08:32 AM I have corner shop yards away that sell a bit of booze, but I tend to use supermarkets or the one on school road in walkley. Andy C 07-04-2006, 11:39 AM Well here in Bradway Threshers closed down, so our offie is the Spar. They do offers on cans of lagers (the five for a fiver type offers) regularly. The range of bottled ales isn't too inspiring though. BasilRathbon 07-04-2006, 01:28 PM If you like your real ales, best offie by far is Rhythm & Booze. My local one in Hoyland is currently doing 10 330cl bottles of Spitfire for £4! The only one I know of in Sheffield is on Ecclesall Road, towards Banner Cross. The Archer Road Beer Stop. Its in the Good Beer guide, shame its so far away from me or I'd go more often. Does an excellent range of bottled and belgian ales too. |
