its a mates ps3 slim iv striped it and cleaned the laser but still not working. is they any one that can fix the laser on hear :help:

Better off just buying a new* drive.

*by new I mean second hand out of a ylod ps3

Ours had the same problem 2 christmas's ago, took it to my ex brother in law who had it 2 months and charged me £60 to "fit"(supposedly) new laser 2 days after getting it back it started doing it again :suspect:
,So in the end i bought a new laser off ebay for £26 quid and watched a step by step youtube video on how to change it and i'm proud to say 2 years down line it still works spot on (i never take anything to the ex in -law anymore):mad:

p.s the seller on ebay did also send a link for how to fit but the youtube video was more detailed.
